TT-SX 200 is a 200MHz active differential probe allow conventional earth-grounded oscilloscopes to be used for floating signal measurements - up to ±60V common mode voltage with a fixed attenuation 10:1. The probe is compatible with any oscilloscope having 50 ohm or 1Mohm BNC female input and feature up to 200MHz of bandwidth. TT-SX 200 can provide excellent differential signal testing for high-speed power measurement, vehicle bus testing and digital system design. The probe can be powered by any oscilloscope USB port or supplied mains power adapter.
