TSU101ILT is a nanopower (580nA) rail-to-rail I/O 5V CMOS op-amp. It is an operational amplifier that offers an ultra-low-power consumption of 580nA typical and 750nA maximum per channel when supplied by 1.8V. Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, this feature allows the device to be efficiently supplied by a coin-type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. The 8KHz gain bandwidth of this device makes it ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery supplied, and portable applications. It is also used in applications such as ultra long life battery-powered applications, power metering, UV and photo sensors, electrochemical and gas sensors, pyroelectric passive infrared (PIR) detection, battery current sensing, medical instrumentation, RFID readers.

- Slew rate is 3V/ms typical at (RL = 1Mohm, CL = 60pF, Vout = 0.3V to ((VCC+) - 0.3V)
