Produktöversikt
TC7117CPL is a 3-1/2 digit analogue-to-digital converter with a hold containing all the active components necessary to construct a 0.05% resolution measurement system. Seven-segment decoders, polarity and digit drivers, voltage reference, and clock circuits are integrated on-chip. It drives common anode Light Emitting Diode (LED) displays directly with an 8mA drive current per segment. This device incorporates a display hold (HLDR) function. The displayed reading remains indefinitely, as long as HLDR is held high. Conversions continue, but output data display latches are not updated. It reduces linearity error to less than 1 count. Application includes thermometry, bridge readouts: strain gauges, load cells, null detectors, digital meters: voltage/current/Ohms/power, pH, digital scales, process monitors, and portable instrumentation.
- Temperature coefficient of analogue common (wrt positive supply) is 80ppm/°C typ (0-70°C)
- Display hold function, directly drives LCD or LED display
- Zero reading with zero input
- Auto-zero cycle eliminates need for zero, adjustment potentiometer
- True polarity indication for precision null applications
- Low-power operation is 10mW
- Leakage current at input is 1pA typ (VIN = 0V, TA = 25°C, fCLOCK = 48KHz)
- Noise (peak to peak 95% of time) is 15µV typ (VIN = 0V, Full Scale = 200mV)
- Zero reading drift is 0.2µV/°C typ (VIN = 0V, TA = 25°C, fCLOCK = 48KHz)
- 40 pin DIP package, commercial operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
