MCP3562RT-E/ST is a 4-channel, 24-bit, delta-sigma analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with a programmable data rate of upto 153.6ksps. It offers integrated features, such as internal voltage reference, internal oscillator, temperature sensor, and burnout sensor detection, in order to reduce system component count and total solution cost. This ADC is fully configurable with an oversampling ratio (OSR) from 32 to 98304 and gains from 1/3x to 64x. This device includes an internal sequencer (SCAN mode) with multiple monitor channels and a 24-bit timer to be able to automatically create conversion loop sequences without needing MCU communications. It is used in applications such as precision sensor transducers and transmitters: pressure, strain, flow, and force measurement, factory automation and process controls, portable instrumentation, and temperature measurements.

- Gain error is +3% max at (AVDD = 2.7V to 3.6V), RMS effective resolution upto 23.3 bit
- SFDR is 120dBc typical at (AVDD = DVDD = VREF = 3.3V and TA = +25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 20-lead TSSOP package
