M1AFS-ADV-DEV-KIT-PWR-2 is a Fusion Advanced development kit. It provides an excellent platform for developing microprocessor applications and other system management applications. The M1AFS1500 ARM ®-enabled Fusion mixed-signal flash FPGA on the board supports ARM CortexTM-M1, Core8051s, and other soft IP processors. The kit supports the following functions such as power-up detection, thermal management, power sequencing, sleep modes, system diagnostics, remote communications, clock generation and management. The Fusion Advanced Development Kit also includes support for the Mixed signal Power Manager Daughter Card Kit. The lower section of the board marked Power Supply MGMT Area can be used in conjunction with the MPM design example to develop voltage sequencing and power management.
- Memory : 4MB (2x1 Mx16) SRAM, 64Mbit parallel flash memory (2x16 Mx6), 2MB SPI-based flash device
- Clock Sources on board: OSC-50 50MHz clock oscillator, OSC-32 32.768kHz off-chip crystal oscillator
- Interfaces: Ethernet, USB/UART, I2C header, Interface connector, Mixed-signal connector, RVI header
- User interaction: LEDs, switches, push-button reset, potentiometer
- Fusion device support: PWM circuit (pulse width modulation circuit)
- Current sensor - 2 circuits for 1.5V and 3.3V current monitoring
- Temperature monitor diode (external temperature diode connected to Fusion FPGA)
- Gate drive -2 external p-channel MOSFET
