The AT89C51CC02CA-TISUM is a CANary™ 8-bit Flash Microcontroller dedicated to CAN network applications. In X2 mode a maximum external clock rate of 20MHz reaches a 300ns cycle time. Besides the full CAN controller T89C51CC02 provides 16kB of flash memory including In-system programming (ISP), 2kB boot flash memory, 2kB EEPROM and 512B RAM.
