HCPL-0930-500E is a dual CMOS high speed digital isolator. It features high speed performance and excellent transient immunity specifications. The symmetric magnetic coupling barrier gives this device a typical pulse width distortion of 2ns, a typical propagation delay skew of 4ns and 100Mbaud data rate, making them the industry’s fastest digital isolators. It is used in applications such as digital fieldbus isolation, multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interface, high-speed digital systems, isolated data interfaces, logic level shifting.
- 3.3V and +5V TTL/CMOS compatible M61
- 2500V RMS isolation, UL1577 and IEC 61010-1 approved
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V, maximum working insulation voltage is 150Vrms
- Clock frequency is 50MHz maximum at (CL = 15pF, TA = +25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = +5.0V)
- Pulse width is 10ns minimum at (TA = +25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = +5.0V)
- Common mode transient immunity is 18kV/µs typ at (Vcm = 1000V)
- Logic input current is 10µA max at (TA = +25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = +5.0V)
- Output rise and fall time is 1ns typ at (CL = 15pF, TA = +25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = +5.0V)
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
- 8-pin small outline package
