MAX4714EXT+T is a low-on-resistance, low-voltage single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analogue switch that operates from a single +1.6V to +3.6V supply. It has break-before-make switching. This device also has fast switching speeds (tON = 18ns, max, tOFF = 12ns, max). When powered from a +3V supply, the MAX4714 features 0.8 ohm (max) on-resistance (RON), with 0.18 ohm (max) RON matching and flatness. The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply. Applications include power routing, battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems, and hard drives.
- Single-supply operation range from +1.6V to +3.6V
- On-resistance is 0.6 ohm typical at (V+ = 2.7V, ICOM = 100mA, VNO or VNC = 1.5V)
- On-resistance flatness is 0.18 ohm typical at (V+ = 2.7V, ICOM = 100mA, VNO or VNC = 0.6V)
- Turn-on time is 13ns typical at (VNO or VNC = 1.5V, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- Off-isolation is -54dB typical at (f = 1MHz, VCOM = 1VRMS, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.01% typical at (f =20Hz to 20KHz, VCOM =2VP-P, RL =32 ohm)
- Powe supply range from 1.6V to 3.6V, supply current is 0.04µA typ at (V+ = +3.6V, VIN = 0V or V+)
- Crosstalk is -54dB typical at (f = 1MHz, VCOM = 1VRMS, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Break-before-make delay is 9ns typical at (VNO or VNC = 1.5V, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 6-pin SC70-6 package
