MAX11613EUA+T is a low-power, 12-bit, multichannel analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, clock, and an I2C-compatible 2-wire serial interface. AutoShutdown™ powers down the devices between conversions, reducing supply current to less than 1µA at low throughput rates. The fully differential analogue inputs are software configurable for unipolar or bipolar, and single-ended or differential operation. The full-scale analogue input range is determined by the internal reference or by an externally applied reference voltage ranging from 1V to VDD. Applications include handheld portable applications, medical instruments, battery-powered test equipment, solar-powered remote systems, received-signal-strength indicators, and system supervision.

- Signal-to-noise plus distortion is 70dB typ at fIN(SINE-WAVE)=10KHz, VIN(P-P)=VREF, fSAMPLE=94.4Ksps
- Total harmonic distortion is -78dB typ (up to the 5th harmonic)

- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
