The MAX11101EUB+ is a 14bit, +5V, 200Ksps analogue to digital converter (ADC) with 10µA shutdown in 10 pin µMAX package. The device includes an input track and hold (T/H) and successive approximation register (SAR) circuitry to convert an analogue input signal to a digital 14bit output. The excellent dynamic performance and low power, combined with ease of use and small package size makes device ideal for battery powered and data-acquisition applications or for other circuits with demanding power consumption and space requirements. It is also used in thermocouple measurements and accelerometer measurements.
- Supply voltage range is 4.75V to 5.25V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Adjustable logic level (2.7V to 5.25V)
- Input voltage range from 0 to VREF
- Internal track and hold, 4MHz input bandwidth
- Normal and shutdown 2 power modes
- SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial interface
- Low power supply current of 2.45mA at 200Ksps and 140µA at 10Ksps
- Low power supply current of 0.1µA in power down mode
