LT1366 is a dual precision bipolar op amp which combines rail-to-rail input and output operation with precision specifications. This has conventional compensation which assures stability for capacitive loads of 1000pF or less. The output capacitor’s filtering action reduces high frequency noise, which is beneficial when driving A/D converters. This device can be used as plug-in replacements for many standard op amps to improve input/output range and precision. Typical applications are rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, low voltage signal processing, supply current sensing at either rail, driving A/D converters.

- High AVOL is <gt/>1V/µV driving 10k load
- Input offset voltage is 150µV typical at TA = 25°C; VS = 5V, 0V; VCM = 2.5V; VO = 2.5V
- Common mode rejection ratio is 90dB at TA = 25°C; VS = 5V, 0V; VCM = 2.5V; VO = 2.5V
- Input bias current is 10nA at TA = 25°C; VS = 5V, 0V; VCM = 2.5V; VO = 2.5V
- Wide supply range from 1.8V to ±15V
- Supply current per amplifier is 375µA at 0°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 70°C. VS = 3V, 0V; VCM = 1.5V, VO = 1.5V
- High output drive is 30mA, gain-bandwidth is 0.4MHz at AV = 1000, TA = 25°C; VS = 5V, 0V; VCM = 2.5V
- 8-lead plastic S0 package, 0°C to 70°C temperature range
