LT1167AIN8#PBF is a single resistor gain programmable, precision instrumentation amplifier. It is a low-power, precision instrumentation amplifier that requires only one external resistor to set gains of 1 to 10,000. The output can handle capacitive loads upto 1000pF in any gain configuration while the inputs are ESD protected up to 13kV (human body). The LT1167 with two external 5k resistors passes the IEC 1000-4-2 level 4 specification. It is used in applications such as bridge amplifiers, strain gauge amplifiers, thermocouple amplifiers, differential to single-ended converters, and medical instrumentation.

- Gain nonlinearity is 1ppm typical at (VO = ±10V, G = 1, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C, RL = 2K)
- Input offset voltage is 15μV typ at (G = 1000, VS = ±5V to ±15V, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 50pA typical at (VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C, RL = 2K)
- Input noise voltage is 2μVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, G = 1, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 95dB typical at (1K Source Imbalance, VCM = 0V to ±10V G = 1)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 120dB typical at (VS = ±2.3V to ±18V, G = 1)
- Supply current is 0.9mA typical at (VS = ±2.3V to ±18V, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Wide supply voltage range from ±2.3V to ±18V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 8-lead PDIP package
