HMC941ALP4E is a broadband 5bit GaAs IC digital attenuator in low cost leadless surface mount packages. Covering 0.1 to 33.0GHz, the insertion loss is less than 4dB typical. The attenuator bit values are 0.5 (LSB), 1, 2, 4, 8, for a total attenuation of 15.5dB. Attenuation accuracy is excellent at ±0.3dB typical step error with an IIP3 of +45dBm. Five control voltage inputs, toggled between +5V and 0V, are used to select each attenuation state. Application includes fibre optics and broadband telecom, microwave radio and VSAT, military radios, radar and ECM, space applications, sensors and test and measurement equipment.

- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
