ADuM4195-1 is an isolation amplifier based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. It has very low offset and gain error, making it ideal for many isolated voltage sensing applications. Unlike optocoupler-based solutions, which have an uncertain current transfer ratio over a lifetime and is unstable at high temperatures, the ADuM4195-1 transfer function does not change over its lifetime and is stable over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It has been certified to provide galvanic isolation up to 5KV RMS according to UL1577. Applications include inverters, DC-DC converter, and on-board chargers.

- Typical input resistance is 1Gohm (VDD1 = VDD2 = 4.5V to 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Input-bias current range from −12 to +12nA (VDD1 = VDD2 = 4.5V to 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Output offset voltage from −5.0 to +5.0mV (VOUT − VIN, TA = 25°C, VIN = 2.5V)
- Output gain error from −0.5 to +0.5% (VDD1 = VDD2 = 4.5V to 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Typical output −3dB bandwidth is 210KHz (VDD1 = VDD2 = 4.5V to 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Typical signal-to-noise ratio is 69dB (IN = 1KHz, bandwidth = 100KHz, TA = 25°C)
- Side 1 operating range from 4.5 to 5.5V (VDD1 = VDD2 = 4.5V to 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Typical UVLO negative going threshold is 4.0V (VDD1 = VDD2 = 4.5V to 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- 8-lead SOIC package, temperature range from −40°C to +125°C
