ADA4177-4 is an OVP and EMI protected, precision, low noise and bias current, quad-channel op-amp. It features low offset voltage (2µV typical) and drift (1µV/°C maximum), low input bias current, low noise, and low current consumption (500µA typical). Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of more than 1000pF with no external compensation. The inputs of the ADA4177-4 features outstanding precision amplifier robustness, providing input protection against signal excursions 32V beyond either supply, as well as 70dB of rejection for electromagnetic interference (EMI) at 1000MHz. Application includes wireless base station control circuits, optical network control circuits, instrumentation, sensors and controls, thermocouples, RTDs, strain gages, shunt current measurements.

- 130dB typical common mode rejection ratio (VCM = -3.5V to +3.5V, TA = 25°C)
- 3.5MHz typical gain bandwidth product (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 2Kohm, AV = 100, TA = 25°C)
- 6MHz typical -3dB closed-loop bandwidth (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 2Kohm, AV = 1)
- 14 lead SOIC-N package, operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
