AD9643BCPZ-170 is a 170MSPS, 1.8V, dual analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). It is designed to support communications applications, where low cost, small size, wide bandwidth, and versatility are desired. The dual ADC cores feature a multistage, differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC features wide bandwidth inputs supporting a variety of user-selectable input ranges. An integrated voltage reference eases design considerations. A duty cycle stabilizer is provided to compensate for variations in the ADC clock duty cycle, allowing the converters to maintain excellent performance. It is used in applications such as communications, diversity radio systems, multimode digital receivers (3G), TD-SCDMA, WiMax, WCDMA, CDMA2000, GSM, EDGE, LTE, I/Q demodulation systems, smart antenna systems, general-purpose software radios, ultrasound equipment, broadband data applications.

- Full power bandwidth is 1000MHz typical at (AVDD = 1.8V, DRVDD = 1.8V)
- Offset error is ±10mV maximum at (AVDD = 1.8V, DRVDD = 1.8V)
- Input referred noise is 1.33LSB rms typical at (AVDD = 1.8V, DRVDD = 1.8V)
- Spurious-free dynamic range is 95dBc typical at (fIN = 30MHz, AVDD = 1.8V, DRVDD = 1.8V)
- 1.8V supply voltages, LVDS (ANSI-644 levels) outputs
- IF sampling frequencies of upto 400MHz, internal ADC voltage reference
- ADC clock duty cycle stabilizer, serial port control, energy saving power-down modes
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 64-lead LFCSP-VQ package
