AD8003 is a triple ultra high-speed current feedback amplifier. Using ADI's proprietary eXtra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process, this achieves a bandwidth of 1.5GHz and a slew rate of 4300V/µs. Additionally, the amplifier provides excellent dc precision with an input bias current of 50µA maximum and a dc input voltage of 0.7mV. This has excellent video specifications with a frequency response that remains flat out to 190MHz and 0.1% settling within 12ns to ensure that even the most demanding video systems maintain excellent fidelity. For applications that use NTSC video, as well as high speed video, the amplifier provides a differential gain of 0.05% and a differential phase error of 0.01°. Typical applications include high resolution video graphics, professional video, consumer video, high speed instrumentation and muxing.

- Typical input voltage noise is 1.8nV/√Hz (f=1MHz, TA=25°C, VS=±5V, RL=150 ohm, gain=+2)
- Supply current is 9.5mA/amplifier, low voltage offset is 0.7mV (typical)
- Typical output voltage swing is ±1.57V (RL=150 ohm, TA=25°C, VS=5V)
- Typical differential gain error is 0.04% (NTSC, G=+2, RL=150 ohm, TA=25°C)
- Temperature rating range from -45°C to +85°C
