LPC865M201JHI48/0E is an Arm Cortex-M0+ based, low-cost MCU operating at CPU frequencies of up to 60MHz. The peripheral complement of this includes a CRC engine, one I2C-bus interface, one I3C-MIPI bus interface, up to three USARTs, up to two SPI interfaces, one multi-rate timer, self-wake-up timer, two FlexTimers (one with full motor control feature), a DMA, one 12bit ADC, one analogue comparator, function-configurable I/O ports through a switch matrix, an input pattern match engine, and up to 42 general-purpose I/O pins. Typical applications are sensor gateways, simple motor control, industrial, portables and wearables, gaming controllers, lighting, 8/16bit applications, motor control, consumer, fire and security applications, climate control.

- Bit-band addressing is supported to permit atomic operations to modify a single bit
- Boot loader, supports flash in-application programming, supports in-system programming through USART
- GPIO interrupt generation capability with a boolean pattern-matching feature on eight GPIO inputs
- Comparator with five input pins and external or internal reference voltage
- Two SPI controllers with pin functions are assigned through the switch matrix
- 1MHz (+3%) low-power oscillator (LPOSC) can be used as a clock source for the watchdog timer
- Timer-controlled self-wake-up from deep power-down mode, Power-On Reset (POR), Brownout detect (BOD)
- Unique device serial number for identification, single power supply (1.8V to 3.6V)
- HVQFN48 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
