Low input current, phototransistor output optocoupler. It has a GaAs infrared emitting diode emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. It is suitable for use in PLCs, telecommunication, lighting control system, solar inverters and AC drives applications.

- Low saturation voltage

- Low coupling capacitance
- CTR range 130% to 260%, IF = 1mA
- UL1577, file no. E52744 approval
- cUL tested to CSA 22.2 bulletin 5A approval
