MDO4MSO is a 16-digital channel add-on includes P6616 digital probe and accessories. One-time, permanent upgrade to any model enabled through single-use application module hardware key. The hardware key is used to enable the feature and then is not required for future use. It is suitable for use with the MDO4000C series mixed domain oscilloscopes.
