MDO4AFG is an arbitrary function generator with 13 predefined waveforms and arbitrary waveform generation. One-time, permanent upgrade to any model enabled through single-use application module hardware key. The hardware key is used to enable the feature and then is not required for future use. It is suitable for use with the MDO4000C series mixed domain oscilloscopes.
