Product Overview
M24256-BRMN6TP is a 256Kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 32K × 8bits. It can operate with a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V. The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Random and sequential read modes, write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection, more than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-years data retention, supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Input leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC, device in standby mode)
- Supply current (read) is 0.8mA maximum at (VCC = 1.8V, fc = 400KHz)
- Standby supply current is 1µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.8V)
- Clock frequency is 400KHz maximum
- Clock pulse width high is 600ns typical
- Input capacitance (SDA) is 8pF typical
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, SO8 package
