Product Overview
NCR401UX is a 10mA LED driver. It consists of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes on one chip. The application includes constant current LED driver, generic constant current source, and automotive applications.
- Stabilized output current of 10mA, high current accuracy at supply voltage variation
- Low voltage overhead of 1.4V, qualified according to AEC-Q101
- Reduces component count and board space
- Stabilized output current adjustable up to 65mA when an external resistor is used
- Supply voltage is 40V max, stabilized output current is 10mA typ (VS = 10V, Vout = 8.6V)
- Output voltage is 38V max (VS = 40V), total power dissipation is 475mW ma (Tamb<lt/>25°C)
- Internal resistance range from 75 to 101ohm (IRint = 10mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- Lowest sufficient supply voltage overhead VS-Vout is 1.4V typ (Iout <gt/> 8.5mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- SC-74 (TSOP6) package, ambient temperature range from -55 to +150°C
