Product Overview
11.3cNm - 113cNm torque analyser is designed for calibrating tools, joint testing, auditing and measuring torque. Torque tools go out of calibration with use and to maintain consistent accuracy, torque tools must be checked periodically for wear or defective parts. The LTT-Series is an advanced torque testing and documentation tool. Using a quality torque tester makes a safer world through accuracy and precision. Controlling torque is essential for companies to ensure their product's quality, safety and reliability isn't compromised. This torque analyser has an accuracy ± 0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale, and an accuracy ± 1% of reading from 10% to 20% of full scale.
- Recommended for all hand screwdrivers, wrenches or power tools
- Provides EZ-Plug & Play with Mountz torque sensors
- Features a built-in transducer and can connect to an external torque sensor
- Selection of six operation modes: (track, peak, first peak, audit, spindle audit and torque + angle)
- Torque (ozf.in, lbf.in, lbf.ft, cN.m, N.m, kgf.m, kgf.cm) , force (lbf and kN) measurements
- Features built-in tool tests operation
- Torque analyser has the ability to store a total of 5000 data points
- Real time clock for time stamping of readings and includes USB interface to download readings to PC
- Displays real time graph of torque vs. time using
- Features Go / No-Go LEDs that illuminate when high or low setting is achieved
