Product Overview
XF device is a ultra-low phase noise quartz-based PLL oscillator supporting a large range of frequencies and output interface types. It is one time programming (OTP) at the factory for a fixed frequency application, or can be field programmable using I2C, based on system needs. Typical applications include FOM gear box, data centres and 10G / 40G / 100G / 400G Ethernet.
- 150fs jitter max and LVPECL output type
- 2.5 x 2mm package, 3.3VDC ±5% voltage and ±50ppm precision
- Extended industrial range from ‐40 to +105°C
- Phase jitter (12KHz to 20MHz) of 120fs typical
